You must be designated as “Competent” in all performance criteria of each competency unit in order to be deemed as competent for the entire competency unit. If you have been graded as “Not Yet Competent” in any criteria, the questions that were incorrect relating to those criteria will be shown in the table above and when you do re-sit for the exam, you will only need to answer those questions listed. Once you have achieved competency in the areas that were re-taken, you will be awarded the Certificate of Competency for the entire competency module.
